 This training does not currently offer continuing education units (CEUs). However, we are actively working toward CEU accreditation and hope to offer them in the future. We encourage you to check back on this page for updates! 


 This training is offered in both in-person and live virtual (synchronous) formats. At this time, we do not offer an asynchronous (on-demand) option.  


 

Yes, this workshop includes a set of thoughtfully curated resources to support continued learning and integration. Participants will receive:


  • A printable Self-Talk Reframe Guide
     
  • A Voice Mapping Worksheet to explore internal dialogue
     
  • Reflective prompts for journaling and integration
     
  • Follow-up access to a 10-minute grounding audio
     

These materials are designed to enhance the training experience and encourage meaningful growth beyond the workshop.


 Kind Minds Collective provides non-clinical wellness services including concierge case coordination, workshops, trainings, and speaking engagements.
